Pada semua seri FLATRON LCD, kerusakan yg amat sering terjadi adalah kerusakan pada sistem regulatornya dan hampir terjadi pada semua type ( mulai 15?- 25? ). Ini mungkin di sebabkan karena kerja monitor yang memang nonstop 24 jam terus tanpa istirahat sedikit pun.

Untuk memulai mereparasinya dapat anda ikuti langkah-langkah berikut ini :
1. Buka / lepaskan 4 buah baut di belakang panel. Baut ini mengunci casing panel belakang dengan box metal dari rangkaian regulator dan inverter.
2. Buka casing monitor dengan cara menggunakan obeng pipih (Minus) untuk melepaskan kunci casing body di semua sisi body monitor. Karena monitor LCD ini tidak menggunakan baut sebagai pengunci body, seperti saat kita membongkar remote control.
3. Angkat casing belakang panel dan lepaskan soket J1, soket yg menuju tombol panel control di sisi samping.
4. Lepaskan soket yang menuju perangkat LCD (soket-soket inverter dan kabel data LCD) hati2 jangan sampai kabel data nya robek.
5. Buka box metal penutup blok regulator dengan cara melepaskan isolasi/perekat nya.
6. Buka baut PCB blok regulator ini agar dapat kita angkat / keluarkan dari dalam box pelindung ini.
7. Segera dapat anda lihat langsung, ada beberapa elco 2-3 buah yang kelihatan menggembung, yaitu : C202 ( 470uF/25V ), C203 ( 680uF/25V ) dan C204 (1000uF/25V).
8. Ganti ketiga komponen tersebut.

Sebagai tambahan regulator ini menggunakan transistor utama type : STK 0765, bila sulit mencari penggantinya dapat anda gunakan TR FET type : FS 7UM atau FS10 UM.

Kisah Sebatang Pensil

Si anak lelaki memandangi neneknya yang sedang menulis surat, lalu bertanya, “Apakah Nenek sedang menulis cerita tentang kegiatan kita? Apakah cerita ini tentang aku?”

Sang nenek berhenti menulis surat dan berkata kepada cucunya, “Nenek memang sedang menulis tentang dirimu, sebenarnya, tetapi ada yang lebih penting daripada kata – kata yang sedang Nenek tulis, yakni pensil yang Nenek gunakan. Mudah – mudahan kau menjadi seperti pensil ini, kalau kau sudah dewasa nanti.”

Si anak lelaki merasa heran, diamatinya pensil itu, kelihatannya biasa saja.

“Tapi pensil itu sama saja dengan pensil – pensil lain yang pernah kulihat!”

Begitu pula denganmu, kau harus belajar menanggung beberapa penderitaan dan kesedihan, sebab penderitaan dan kesedihan akan menjadikanmu orang yang lebih baik.

Ketiga : Pensil ini tidak keberatan kalau kita menggunakan penghapus untuk menghapus kesalahan – kesalahan yang kita buat. Ini berarti, tidak apa – apa kalau kita memperbaiki sesuatu yang pernah kita lakukan. Kita jadi tetap berada di jalan yang benar untuk menuju keadilan.

Keempat : Yang paling penting pada sebatang pensil bukanlah bagian luarnya yang dari kayu, melainkan bahan grafit di dalamnya. Jadi, perhatikan selalu apa yang sedang berlangsung di dalam dirimu.

Dan yang Kelima : Pensil ini selalu meninggalkan bekas. Begitu pula apa yang kau lakukan. Kau harus tahu bahwa segala sesuatu yang kau lakukan dalam hidupmu akan meninggalkan bekas, maka berusahalah untuk menyadari hal tersebut dalam setiap tindakanmu.

Seminggu yg lalu saya dpt servisan tv samsung flat stlh saya bongkar trnyata speakernya ga ada ..sy tanya "kmn speakerny bu". Dia jwb "sy kurang tahu ini tv dikasih org pak".lalu sy bilang ini harga spekrnya 20rb jd 2 40rb saya minta ongkos 40rb jd totalnya 80 rb bu...kmdian besokny saya pasang dan beres lalu ibunya bilang tunggu bapak nya ya lg ktpt tetangga ...30mnt kmdian bapaknya blm datang "kok bapaknya blm datang ya." jwb ibu ny"kurang tahu pak kok bisa lama" lalu saya bilang"udh jam 8 saya ksini lg ya bu ..kmdian saya pulang malam ny saya datang ga ada org drumah dtlp ga di angkat besoknya saya datang lg jam 5 sore saya tunggu ddpan rumah hpir 1 jam..saya smpat emosi krn seolah mmpermainkan saya..lalu datanglah bapak itu dgn ibunya mmbawa duit 50rb..maaf pak saya cuma bisa bayar 50rb dulu ya...sisa nya miggu dpn ..rupanya mereka dr kemarin mncari pinjaman kmana2 saya ngobrol sama bapakny yg rpanya org baru 2 bulan ditangerang kerja jd satpam gaji 1.2 juta dia ngontrak bayar 500rb sbln dan rupanya duit Services itu udh disiapin buat saya tp krn istrinya sakit uang itu jd berobat istri nya..pantesan kmarin mereka mondar mandir nyari pinjaman..anak mrka 1 umur nya 3thn saya jg heran kmarin kok buat susu untuk saya itu rupanya susu anaknya krn ga ada duit lg buat beli kopi...dlm hati saya mnangis ..lalu bapaknya kasih saya duit 50rb lalu saya kasih anaknya 20rb dan saya bilang sama bapak itu.." sisa yg 30rb itu jgn bapak pikirin lg itu buat anak bapak aja buat beli susu nya"...saya merintih dlm hati...ya Tuhan alangkah sedihnya hidup dnegri ini..
